A legacy of the Jim Swan era, this approach gives charming and spicy notes, finely smoked and mineral.
The aromatic palette even ventures towards notes of fruit, characteristics of Kavalan, and chocolate. A true taste adventure! Bottled at its natural level, without cold filtration.
