Fruit-led and complex. Plum pudding, cherry stone and apricot brandy with traces of nutmeg and sandalwood tempered by the sweetness of quince. Exceedingly rich and fruity with baked apricot, cherry and plum skin in a fruitcake with orange and walnut cream.
