The second release in Glenfiddich’s Experimental Series, Project XX, showcases the creativity of not just one Malt Master, but 20! Glenfiddich invited these 20 Malt Masters to select expressions from the thousands of casks maturing in the warehouse. Malt Master Brian Kinsman then married the chosen whiskies to create this unique single malt.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Experience a bold aroma with plenty of woody spice, toffee, and orange peel. This whisky clearly shows off some serious cask influence.
Palate: Enjoy a robust wood profile featuring cloves, cinnamon, and vanilla, accompanied by tingly wood tannins and sweet fudge notes.
Finish: Savor a long and layered finish with lingering notes of espresso and dark chocolate.
