Tasting Notes :
Nose: Wafts of heather and lemon blossom, along with cut grass, and dried apple.
Palate: Pears in chocolate sauce, bolstered by peppery oak, and more florals.
Finish: Black pepper, cinnamon, and cocoa linger.
