Bladnoch Samsara blends single malts matured in first-fill ex-Bourbon casks. And first-fill ex-Californian Red Wine casks. Both made of American Oak.
This combination creates a rich, smooth, and winey palate.
Crafted with pristine water from the River Bladnoch and locally grown barley. Samsara remains non-chill filtered and naturally colored, showcasing well-aged Bladnoch malts.
Tasting Notes:
Nose: Concentrated fruit compote with plums, vanilla, and orange blossom.
Palate: A sweet, winey start transitions to a slightly drying character, revealing more plums and vanilla, with hints of citrus and a malty core. The structure impresses.
Finish: Mellow and winey with a spicy, lingering tail.
