Firstly, Arthur Bell & Sons released Bell’s 20-year-old Royal Reserve blend. Categorized under Blend whisky and bottled at 43% ABV.

This special edition bottled for Ghirlanda S.p.A. Milano in Italy. Features a 750 ml size with a distinctive Black Label design.

In Addition, the whisky, listed under Whisky base ID WB88340. Specifically, it was launched in the 1970s. And it has maintained an impressive aging profile despite some evaporation over the year. And it retaining a healthy fill level.

Regardless the Nose, mineral notes are accompanied by hints of gear oil. Stewed apple, mint, cumin, fennel, and peat smoke.

Additional aromas include old leather, glazed sugar, ripe persimmon, juicy mango, orange pulp, nut chocolate, and ripe melon.

The taste profile begins with a soft initial arrival followed by a peppery kick, featuring flavors of poached peach, ripe melon, sharp bitterness, and umami notes of dairy.

Herbal overtones blend with smoke-infused black tea and the numbing sensation of Szechuan pepper.

After aeration, ripe fruit and floral notes emerge, subtly overshadowed by herbal elements.

The finish is moderately short to medium in length. With a drying effect and lingering herbal nuances.

Accompanied by a faint echo of ripe orange and lightly charred wood.
