Description
BELL’S CHRISTMAS 1994 8Y 70CL
It features an 8-year-old whisky. William Govan Farquharson, the company accountant, ran the business from 1942 to 1949. In 1949, Bell’s became a public company. By 1970, Bell’s ranked as the highest-selling whisky in Scotland. In 1975, the company celebrated the 150th birthday of Arthur Bell, the founder.
The 1994 decanter celebrates the art of distilling and the role of the blender. The design honors master blender Ian Grieve, who continues the legacy established by Arthur Bell nearly 180 years ago.
