The Golden Eagle is a 1999 vintage whisky. Matured in a mix of bourbon and sherry casks to give a fruity example of the distillery’s finest. We don’t expect this one to last long.
Tasting Notes:
Nose: Tropical fruit salad with hints of vanilla pod and caramel coated hazelnuts.
Palate: Buttery lemon drizzle cask. Sweet but with a fresh citrus burst.
Finish: Captivating combination of fresh fruit and the natural sweetness of honey.
