Tasting Notes

Nose: Delicate. Sweet. Vanilla. Chocolate. Honeydew apples. Peach. Young oak. Pine needles.
Palate: Sweet. Honey burnt sugar. Slightly spicy. After a while sweetness of stewed apples. Raisins. Prunes. Oak. Chocolate.
Finish: Long. Sweet. With aftertaste of linden honey. Grape juice. Dark chocolate. Pepper. Warming.
