Johnnie Walker The Spice Road 1L is one of three Johnnie Walker releases from their Explorer’s Club Collection, originally released for the Travel Retail market. As you might expect from the name, this is an enjoyably spicy whisky, packed with cinnamon and nutmeg notes.
Tasting Notes:
Nose Nutmeg and clove arrive first, before notes of tropical fruit and apricot develop.
Palate Allspice, cinnamon and raisins, with a very subtle whisper of smoke hiding in the background. Vanilla grows along the way.
Finish Red chilli on the finish.
