Tasting Notes
Nose: Stewed orchard fruit and sherried dried fruit, with polished oak and caramelized nuts.
Palate: Vanilla fudge, pear and blackberry crumble and lots of baking spice, along with frangipane and toffee apple.
Finish: A pinch of tobacco on a dry and sweetly spiced finish.
