It is an old dumpy bottle of 12-year-old Bowmore.
Tasting Notes
Nose: tropical on banana, fresh papaya, all fresh with some sweetness to it. Soft earthy peat. Halfway the dram: only banana and the soft earthy peat.
Palate: first few seconds the nose becomes the taste and then there comes a blanket of soft smoke blanket rolling over the fruit. A flowing nicely from one to another. Mouth coating, like it should be.
Finish: long, with the banana, papaya on a sweet smoke note. When the fruit disappear, there is still the sweet smoke.
