As you can imagine, these casks have imparted a wealth of rich, sweet, lip-smacking sherry notes to the Speyside single malt.
Tasting Notes:
Nose Root ginger, mint chocolate, poached pear and dates.
Palate Diced almond, treacle, honey, raisin, raw cinnamon and a touch of cacao.
Finish Enjoyably oak-y on the finish.”
