Only agaves that are meticulously cared for before harvest to ensure they have reached full maturity are used. Just before the rainy season, the agave is harvested by hand to obtain the highest quality sugar and agave notes, which the Maestro Tequilero then utilizes to craft our uniquely full-bodied, refined tequila.
After a careful selection of yeasts, the juices are fermented for up to 72 hours. The liquid is then slowly distilled in traditional small copper stills, resulting in a unique taste profile and extraordinary cleanliness in its sensory notes.
